after so many days of porridge and soft food

a motivator once said that a pessimistic person will survive the longest.

then he managed to make it, yet carry the same attitude towards the next day, hence survive it.
on the other hand,
a pessimistic person gets disappointment after each day and eventually the pessimism dies and so does he.
