Let me share a short story.
This afternoon, i was on my way to meet my friends.
To get to the MRT station, i had to cross this road junction.
Before i get to this road junction, there is this small little stretch of road leading to it.
It used to be a zebra crossing, but after some construction, they changed it to traffic lights.
So, the story goes like this.
i was waiting at the pavement, waiting to cross this small stretch of road.
Since it was red light and there was oncoming cars, i decided to wait.
Then, this car stopped at where it used to be a zebra crossing.
To not disappoint the car driver, i decided to cross the road despite the red light.
As i started to cross the road, a taxi came behind the car that stop.
Guess what?
The taxi honked at the car that stopped.
He must have thought that it was ridiculous for the car to stop when it was red light.
So, i crossed the road with embarassament, but was grateful to the driver.
Then,
after i crossed the small stretch of road, the car that stopped continued to drive on.
When it was the taxi's turn to drive, the traffic light turn red.
TEEHEE.
I dont know why i'm sharing this but i just found it interesting :D
